Booking and Payment

• Our price estimate is based on the information provided when booking your transfer.
  Please email any subsequent changes to info@inandoutbarcelona.com at least 48 hours before the time of the service.
• In group bookings, the person purchasing the service accepts the booking conditions on behalf of each member of the group.
• In and Out Barcelona only accepts credit card payments. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and 4B.

Terms of carriage

• The allocated time for airport pick-ups is 90 minutes from the expected landing time printed in your voucher. For port pick-ups, 60 minutes. For hotel pick-ups, the maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. After that, you will have missed your transfer.In and Out Barcelona reserves the right to refuse any passengers or to make a journey in the case of excess luggage or if the passenger seems to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or shows an aggressive behavior.
• Cars can carry 4 passengers and minivans 7 passengers.
• The number of passengers can not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. If it does, we reserve the right of not providing the transfer for the undeclared passengers.
• Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
• In and Out Barcelona won’t be responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
• In and Out Barcelona reserves the right to refuse a passenger or to provide the transfer in the case of excess luggage.
• As a general rule, no stops will be made during your transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made by email to info@inandoutbarcelona.com and they will be confirmed by us by email.
• There is a 20% cancellation fee for reservations cancelled at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 5 days notice, it will be non-refundable.

Spanish Law will govern these conditions in all respects.
