1.1 What does your company do?In and Out Barcelona specializes in providing private transfers in and around Barcelona.
1.2 Do you arrange other services besides transfers?
In addition to transfers, we provide private city tours, short trips, and dinners.
1.3 What area do you cover?
We concentrate on the Barcelona area. As a general rule, the transfers must have either their origin or their destination in the Greater Barcelona area.
1.4 How many people can you accommodate?
We can accommodate any number of passengers.
1.5 What type of vehicles do you have?
We have all types of vehicles. They range from Mercedes E and S to Volkswagen minivans, minibuses and larger coaches that can fit 50+ passengers.
The choice of vehicle depends on your party’s size and on how much luggage you will be carrying.
1.6 How much luggage can I carry?
Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one piece of hand lugagge.
If you have extra luggage, please specify at the time of booking so we can provide the solution that is more suitable to you.
1.7 Are your transfers and other services private?
Yes, all our services are private and for your party’s exclusive use.
2. Booking
2.1 How can I book?The bookings are made online.
For transfers by Mercedes E or S car or by minivan (up to 7 passengers) please use our online booking page to receive an instant quote.
For transfers by minibus or coach (or for services other than transfers, such as city tours, short trips, and dinners) please use our contact form and be as specific as possible.
2.2 How do I confirm my return pickup time?
We´ll confirm your transfer by email after you booking request has been made. Your return transfer is at the time specified on your voucher.
2.3 How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
2.4 Can I pay in cash?
No, payments are done exclusively by credit card before your arrival.
2.5 Are tips included?
Tips are not included. They are at your own discretion.
2.6 Can I have a receipt?
Your confirmation email is your receipt
At the airport/cruise port
3.1 Where will I meet my driver?If you are arriving by air, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at the arrival hall, as you leave the baggage claim area.
If you are arriving by sea, your driver will be waiting for you at your ship terminal.
In hotels, the meeting point will be the hotel´s lobby at the arranged time.
3.2 What should I do if I can’t find my driver?
Call us on the cell phone number provided in your confirmation email quoting your name or booking number and we’ll be able to assist.
3.3 Does the driver speak English?
We can not guarantee that your driver will speak English.
3.4 What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will wait for up to an hour and a half at no charge. After this time you may be liable for a waiting charge.
3.5 Can the driver make stops during the transfers?
As a general rule, transfers are door-to-door and stops can be made only by prior arrangement. A supplement may apply.
